Swiss Movement?
There are only very rare replicas built with genuine swiss ETA movement. If someone tells you so, means you have been fooled and just walk away. Most of best replicas in the market are with ASIAN MOVEMENT as a clone of SWISS MOVEMENT. The price will always tell you something.
Asian Movement?
Asian movement is a clone of swiss movement or genuine inhouse movement like ETA 2824, 2836, 7750, SA.3135, etc. They are very reliable compare to genuine, however they are not tested formally, they don't have COSC certificate like genuine, some piece will have technical errors or inaccuracy. This is the our job to do better quality control before delivery.
Movement Noise?
The character of replica movement creates more noise compare to genuine movement by default. This fact is very normal when we try our logical sense to compare the price between replica and genuine. - We will need time to do handling, packing and submitting your package to shipping agent.
That is why we try to do approximate safe level for us to handle your orders until delivery. Maximum 5 business days is the safest period for us to promise you.
FAQ Time
Q : I want a flawless replica!
A : Our suggestion would be “Try to get the genuine watches”. There is no way high-end replica from any factories are flawless. You should start making price comparison between genuine and replica. Let’s say, you want a Audemars Piguet 15400 rose gold, price on genuine watch is around $22,000 while on high-end replica is around $400~600. Will you expect flawless? There is always a flaw even though only a very small one. But high-end replica is very close to genuine one, probably 90%-95%.
Q : I want a solid gold watch, can I buy one here?
A : Our suggestion would be “Try to get the genuine watches” again. Most of the high-end replica watches are only gold plated which only about 10 microns thick, and there are some factories made it thicker around 30 microns with real gold, the price will be consequently higher. But there are no any solid gold replica watches.
Q : What's the difference in quality between genuine swiss-made replicas, Italian-made replicas, Japanese-made replicas and Chinese replicas?

Q : Are you a scammer ? ( This is a real important question, no jokes, there are many people ask us this question)
A : But I think you are asking a wrong person! If you suspecting a thief, and ask "are you a thief?", what do you think the answer would be? The best thing you can do is start making judgment from many aspects of the website, the profile, the updates, testimony, rep forums, people, or just risk yourself for a try. There are always some points you should notice if the seller real or not.
Payment Q&A
Q : I want to pay via Visa/Mastercard credit card, but the page is not directed to Visa/Mastercard page, why?

Q : Can I pay you on arrival ?

Q : How long it takes for you to handle my order after payment ? Can you ship it right away?

Q : Will I get the pictures or videos before shipping?
A : Yes, we will send you QC pictures and videos of your real product that we going to deliver to you. We will not deliver your order before we get confirmation and approval from you.
Q : Can I deny your pictures if there is something that I don't want to accept?
A : Please contact for further information if you have any questions about the QC pictures and videos. We will be glad to help you solve the problems.
Q : What will you declare the package ?
A : We always declare as "watch" or "timer" or "gift", we can't mislead the declaration or else you won't get anything. Sometimes we put Fashion Watch, Repaired Watch, Toy Watch, etc. If you want us to declare any value (usually for experienced customers) just let us know. But if you don't have experience, let us decide based on our experiences, usually we declare the value between $15 - $50.
Q : Do you provide any tracking numbers ?
A : Yes, we will 100% provide tracking number for every each order. However, you need to understand that sometimes we can't give you tracking number right away after we submit your package to the shipping agent. And when you received the tracking number, sometimes it hasn't showed up any status on the online tracking system yet, it will need 1-2 more working days especially when we submit your package on weekend.
Q : I tracked my order and it seems there is no movement / strange status / clearance event etc. What should I do?
A : DO NOT CALL DHL, EMS or any logistic company related to your shipment for any reasons. Contact us, communicate and just relax. Keep in mind, sometimes we use regular postal office to make it safe, and mostly they are very slow. Do not panic, just relax, and contact us for any matters.
Q : Is there any possibility that custom will open or check my package ?
A : That is their job to check, but again they will only do general random check from million or billion packages they received every day. Most of the time we have no problems, just don't act to raised their suspicion. Contact us for any assistance.
Q : My package has arrives in my country, but they want me to prove the price, what should I do ? (It only happens in some countries)
A : Simply contact us for this matter, usually they need a price and payment proofs. We will provide invoice of your package with any particular match amount with your package declaration. Just be calm and do not panic.
Warranty Q&A
Q : I received my watch and the movement is not working. Why?
A : Check your video that we sent while Quality Control process. We never deliver dead watches, you can notice from the serial number on some models as well the pictures or videos from QC will be the exactly same as what you get. There are some possibilities:
- You need to do big shake on your watch and do manual winding to fill the power in. Or
- Since we both agree to declare small value to avoid customs issue and fees, there will not be treated as high value packages sometimes. So, it possibly caused by bounces or shakes while shipping process.
Q : So what is the solution for dead watch on arrival?
A : We will give you 2 options as part of our warranty coverage :
- Go to local repair (because it is usually minor issue caused by shakes and some small screw are loose). Find out the price and we will cover the cost if it’s reasonable. This option is usually for someone who doesn't want to wait any longer to send back, repair, and re-deliver.

Return the watch to us, and we will repair it. Please note that it will take time. Just be patient to wait until all solved and we can deliver it back. Return shipping cost will be on your side. There are some requirements on shipping matters:
- Use EMS, or regular postal office (registered mail) of your area. DO NOT use some major logistics companies like Fedex or DHL.
- Declare as: broken watch (timer) to repair less than $10 value
- We will give you return address if you want to choose this option
Q : Are you going to repair it or replace with a new one? Can you replace with other models?
A : It depends on how big the problem is. Please understand the following return handling:
- We will do inspection what is the real problem of your watch.
- We will repair by our technician if it’s not major problem.
- We will return to the factory with some problem proofs and let them decide to do if it is major problem.
- Factory will return it to our store and we will do final checking after it is fully repaired.
- We prepare to re-delivery to your address again.
- Sorry, YOU CAN'T REPLACE YOUR WATCH WITH OTHER MODELS as we have no-return policy with the factories.
- Worst case scenario, you will get movement replacement, or same unit replacement. It depends on the condition of your returned watch physically.
All this process will take time. Please be kindly patient to wait, we will do the job, only need some time.
